2018 - Good bye January Hello FebruaryI started the New Year feeling a little guilty for eating and drinking a bit too much over the festive season. Whilst a dry January and a new fangled diet were out of the question, if I am being brutally honest a number of outfits in the wardrobe were fitting, to put it mildly, a bit snug. So the pressure was on to make that New Year’s resolution and commit to a new goal to improve my wellbeing in the coming year.
